Guess we can't own 30 freaki'n DnD books and have the races/monsters we need yet, always more to find. Anyways. My friend wants to play a Barbarian, but he said he wanted his character to be really viscious and wisdomatic, he doesn't like full bloods, and he hates human characters, so, he said no Half-Human Half-Ogre, and I told him about the Half-Orc/Half-Ogre and he loved it. |

There is a pretty cool Half-Ogre template in Dragon #313 (http://paizo.com/dragon/products/downloads/v5748btpy7zvq&source=search) in an article about half-breeds. It's entry even mentions Half-Ogres/Half-Orcs as well as Half-Ogres/Half-Humans. The whole issue was great, and the hybrids article also had rules for a Half-Doppelganger template, a Half-Jinni template, a Half-Minotaur template (which I regularly use as cohorts), a Half-Nymph template, and a Half-Satyr template. Among other things in the issue there is also an article for various Half-Undead templates. http://paizo.com/image/product/magazine_issue/dragon/313/cover180.jpg If I remember correctly, Wizards published two separate Half_Ogre/Half_Human versions in two separate books, so another more "official" option could be to pick the Half_Ogre/Half_Human you like best and tweak it a bit to be more Orcish. |
