How long do outsiders, as a general rule, live? Indefinitely, or similar to humans? and for that matter, how long would a tiefling or aasimar live, as they are outsides with part human ancestory?

The lifespan of Tieflings & Aasimars it mentioned in the Planar HB, I think. IIRC, outsiders are immortal, unless killed.

Planetouched, as the descendents of outsiders and humans, have human lifespans (Planetouched of other races have been mentioned, but never statted, except for the Fiend Folio wierdos). Typical outsiders (Devils, demons, archons, etc) are immortal, being manifestations of their alignment).

*coughs*

Outsiderz iz 4evar.

Planetouched do NOT have human life spans, take a look in Races of Destiny to see how long Planetouched live.

No. I'd rather you pay $39.99 than me get banned for posting copy written material.

What about native outsiders, like 20th lvl monks. Do they live forever?

20th level Monks do not become Outsiders. The "perfect self" ability simply states they're treated as Outsiders for the purpose of spells and magical effects.

No, see the Monks ageless ability for more details

20th level monks and other beings that become (native) outsiders as a class feature are still mortal and die at the end of their lifespan. Native outsiders as a rule are mortal, with the one glowing exception of the rakshasa who is immortal and native to Acheron but somehow became a native outsider in 3.5 without apparent consideration of the full ramifications of that change. Either ignore the native part, or assume they're the exception to the rule. Typically the presence of body/soul duality that native outsiders as a group should possess is a hallmark of mortality.

Outsiders with the extrplanar subtype, undead and constructs are always immortal, ortherwise the answer is always maybe.

Fey, aberrations (Aboleth, elan, ethergaunts), native outsiders may or may not be immortal or effectively immortal depending on houseruling.

Oozes are also technically immortal, they just keep dividing.

The native subtype seems to be a product of some miscommunication. Rakshasa, Couatl, tritons, Janni should just be outsiders sans the extraplanar subtype. Though they are all native to the prime material (Rakshasa being from Archeron pre 3rd addition), the native subtype seems to be oriented more towards the planetouched.

Frostburn has a monk PrC that learns to live forever.

I think it's completely safe to say "longer than humans, but less than half-elves"
