I plan on using these races for campaigns, and in an effort to avoid LA and Monstrous Hit Dice, I came up with these watered-down monster races. I'm fairly new to the game, so please tell me if there's any reason that these won't work.

For the Slaad, you might want to have a look at the Neraph from the Planar Handbook. They are essentially a slaad-like playable species.

I am slightly confused by your stat adjustments of the Satyr, as they seem a bit backwards. I would go with either a +2 Dex, -2 Wis, or a +2 Str or Con, -2 Wis. Satyrs tend to be wild, hedonistic sorts, and they were known to carry off women and nymphs (in the mythology at any rate). They tended to be strong, tough, and impulsive, rather than weak and observant. I'd also consider making them immune to the negative effects of alcohol.

Blue slaadi is a bit overpowered. It's practically like the others, but large, which is quite the advantage.

I thought that taking away Stunning Croak and reducing the swim bonus to 2 would balance the Blue Slaadi with Red and Green. What else should I do?

Also, I'll look into changing the satyr some. Anyone got comments on the yuan-ti?

Are the new monsters for you to play as or will you be DMimg? If you are new, it might be a bit easier to just use the starting races. As for the Yaun-Ti, possibly +2 cha -2 wis. Besides that everything is good!

Good work, I'd love to play a slaad. By the way, could you do a monster class for them?

I would make them large, give them a -2 penalty to dex and keep their +2 to swim and jump.

Done. By the way, the Blue Slaadi were already large.

As for a Slaadi class, I thought about making the Death Slaad a prestige class. In fact, I think I'll make the creation of a Death Slaad an integral part of their culture.

Here's my idea for the Slaadi culture in my campaign world:

The Slaadi are a race native to the large southern swamps of the main continent. They were once united, but now they have split according to their kinds and made their own tribes in different regions of the swampland. Slaadi are bitter towards Slaadi of another color, for a reason unknown to the world outside the swamps. What is known, however, is that all three subraces are searching for a magical well that is said to grant a worthy Slaad incredible power.
