Captain_Kobold 10-12-07, 07:58 AM	While the ability score bonuses are good, and high speed for a Small creature, it is probably not unbalanced. You could get away with adding a few skill bonuses in there, and it would still be LA 0. Wis penalty shows a general lack of perception and awareness of surroundings. Would suggest a +2 to spot and listen checks to counter this, and a straight +2 to Jump and Tumble instead of your situational bonus. Low-light vision does not need to have a range. It simply is.

They have a sharp tongue and are smooth talkers, they can easily talk them selfs out of any fix. They easily make friends and there intelligent nature alows them to remeber almost any name. Apperance: The Felida is Bipeal and stands about 3 feet tall. They are short and slim, giving them speed and agility and covered from head to toe with long or short fur. There fur's colour ranges from orange, black, white, grey or brown and it is decorated with a unique patern (ex. spoted, stripped exc.) They have the head and tail of the house cat. Relations: Felidas mix with all other races although there hidden tree city's are often hard to find. Alignment: Felidas tend towards CG because of there desire to not be under the pressure of laws Religion: Felidas tend to follow Ehlonna goddess of the woodlands or Obad-Hai the god of nature. Languages These cat like creatures speak Common and Sylvan. Names: Felidas names are split into two pieces the first part is the clan name and the second is the personal name (exp. WindFall Clan name: Wind Personal name Fall) to avoide confusing other races Felidas usually use only their personal names. Clan names: Wind, Snow, Fire, Thunder, Water, Stone, Shadow, Frost, Lightning, etc. Personal names Fall, Brush, Hold, Keep, Tool, Click, Perk Help PEACH!

There cat like nature makes me think you might want to give them a +2 Balance. If you'd like to see another +0 LA, Cat race, check out the Wildmane Panynx, in my Home-brewed races.
