As "new-burn" LeShay, the Neons abilities are somewhat weaker... But as they grow older and more experienced they eventually surpass there "teachers". (note: LeShay= 202 ELH) Neon LeShay (commonly - Neo) Personality: Although not evil, Neons always seem to be looking down on any who isn't perfect (witch is pretty much everyone), and go berserk whenever something goes wrong. They are deeply concerned with etiquette, decorum, and respect, demanding others to follow there lead. PD: Neo LeShay look identical to "normal" Leshay, with dead-white hair, completely black eyes, and half-elf-like ears. Relations: The Neons take exceptional pride in there heritage, annoying everyone in process. Otherwise similar to the high-elves. Alignment: Neons don't tend toward any alignment, not even neutral. Lands: The Neon gravitate to already existing large (or even larger) cities. Religion: Neon don't worship, they can't understand other's need to follow. Language: Thanks to there' natural Polyglot, any Neon can speak any language fluently, only seconds after hearing it spoken for the first time (note that they may only speak this language if they possess the necessary organs to do so, such as though they may come to understand the body language of a creature with eight limbs, but could not speak it). Neon traits: * +2 Dex, +2 Cha, -2 Str. *Fay traits: ... *Base speed of 40 ft. *Elf Blood = Elf traits... *Gaze (su): (see text). *LeShay Weapons (su): (see text). *Superior Two-Weapon Fighting (ex): (see text). *Polyglot (ex): As written above. *AC bonuses: +1 per 2 HD natural, +1 insight per HD. *LA +2 or +3 Gaze (su): As LeShay's gaze (except for 5+HD+Cha-mod DC). LeShay Weapons (su): As LeShay Weapons except as the following = enhancment starts at +1 and gain +1 per 4 HD, gain keen at 8 HD and brilliant energy at 15 HD. (you can't further enhance this on your own). Superior Two-Weapon Fighting (ex): As original. Pls comment. (note that the SLA were too kick-ass to add and still have a PC intended race)
