psionic race that increase Power points per level/HD [Archive] - Wizards Community

03-02-08, 04:44 AM In my game last night one of the other players said that he cam across a race that increases its power points for every HD it has.
I know that the races in the expanded pionics hand book only get 2 pp and thats it.

03-02-08, 04:54 AM I believe your friend is talking about Kalashtar, from the Eberron campaign setting. They recieve one bonus pp/character level, among other benefits.
