i want to roll up a 1st level high elven rogue, the dm will allow weapon finesse at 1st level, elves are adults at age 110 which is equal to a 19 year old human. i want to know how many years to take off, for an elf that is equal to a 12 or 13 year old human. (prefer 12 and a half range, assuming elves take 110 years to mature)

stats (28 point buy high elf rogue)
dex 16
con 12
str 10
int 16
wis 10
cha 10
feat weapon finesse
hp 7

trap disabling, keen senses, stealth maybe a little spy stuff, (gathering intel) wanna go rogue 5, wizard 5 (if it were 70 or more points, i would go sorcerer), arcane trickster 6 (my favorite prc), shadowdancer 2 (for hide in plain sight, darkvision, and improved uncanny dodge) fighter 2 (for feats and bab)

what age is the elven equivelent to a 12 or 13 year old human? (prefer 12 and a half)

Actually, elves reach physical maturity at almost the same rate as humans, but are not considered mentally or socially adult until 110.

Can you imagine being 20, but treated like you are 12-15, for around 90 years?

So if you want to play 12 year old elf, play a 12 year old elf.

What he said, though I houserule out the 'mentally or socially adult' thing. Elves start just a couple of years older than humans; they mature at about the same right, just a smidge slower, then the slow-aging factor kicks in after puberty.

oh 12 year old elf, i should ask my dm, if said elf can be so pale, she illuminates the darkness. (my mother is so pale, she doesn't even need light to see, she literally glows. i like the benefits, no need for torches, drawback, sunburn sensitivity, which can be countered with a simple cloak) the other options for the rogue, were a human (same paleness) or a kobold rogue raised in an orphanage sponsored by the temple of st. cuthbert (campaign thing)
