Sakaki22 04-08-07, 03:32 AM	I really liked the flavor thing of how Feather had her wings "bound", greatly limiting her power, but were eventually removable to unleash her full angelic fury. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for a way to do something similar to a Half-Celestial character, to limit their special abilities, hopefully while temporarily lowering their level adjustment. I'll assume there's no RAW for something like this.
