questions on strongheart halfling [Archive] - Wizards Community

I have seen it somewhere before but, I think it is Strongheart or stout heart halfling. Where did I see this race and what are its beginning abilities and racial level adjustment if any?

03-26-07, 07:41 PM Strongheart halflings appeared in the Forgotten Realms setting, though there's no reason why they can't appear elsewhere. Statistically they're identical to standard halflings except that the general +1 to all saving throws is removed and they gain a bonus feat of their choice instead.

Culturally they're a more settled, industrious bunch than the standard wandering halflings tend to be.
