It wouldnt be useful for them not too, otherwise changing would just let you blend into crowds. In my group, changelings can change their vocals, but in some groups its different.
Half_Dragon_Infernal 02-20-08, 05:19 PM	It would render impersonating someone by changing useless, not the entire disguise ability except for blending in. Some people use it to make completely fake identities, and not be recognized.
