Mindolin 03-14-07, 01:56 AM	Okay, the title is part of the question, I'm currently looking for a race that has a decent to high movement rate, preferably with a plus to dexterity, and Small size. I've got a fair number of the WotC books, but not with me so I can't reference them myself. By high movement rate, I mean 30-40 feet per round. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Also, as an additional question, are there any ideas what the LA would be for a Half-Elemental who did not gain the spell like abilities, and if not can someone give me a bit of an idea of an ability I can utilize instead of the spell like abilities? Again, thank you for any help.

AndrewD2 03-14-07, 02:07 AM	Ratlings from OA and Rokugan if allowed are small with 30 feet. Duskings from MoI have an ability to increase their movement with essentia

Krusk 03-14-07, 09:23 AM	poison dusk get the same movespeed and a lowed dex bonus, in exchange for some natural armor an a level adjustment.
Orchomenos 03-14-07, 10:04 AM	Goblins have 30' too. If you're not regarding vs the total ECL, an halfling were-rat in hybrid form would have a 40' movement, a climb speed, a net +8 to dex (+2 from halfling, +6 from dire rat), a bite attack and DR/Silver. If you don't like the alignment restriction, I suggest to use a were-dire squirrel, with the same stats (minus the disease), and CG alignment. If you can use Psionic, Speed of Thought can add a +10' insight bonus to your speed, and it stacks with Longstrider or Haste, since these ones are Enhancement bonuses.
