Otherwise, Thri-kreen, which are in the Expanded Psionics Handbook. That would be the most recent version of the race (unless you count Complete Psionics, which is a load of bull anyway).
Crimson_Concerto 01-20-08, 01:46 AM	As far as I know Thri-Kree, which are in the XPH with an ECL of 5 (though I think there is a non-psionic version somewhere with an ECL of 3). Other than that, you could have somebody cast Garrillion's Blessing (I can't spell that) on you and get it permanent for nn LA but expending some gold... but that can be dispelled, so I wouldn't recommend it...

Red_Wizards_Rock 01-20-08, 01:49 AM	Dispelling enchantments made permanent just stop functioning for 1d4 rnds. So that's not to bad unless they cast Mordinkainen's Disjunction on you, and than you are screwed.

That was in the 3.0 book Savage Species, and also in the MM2 (before the 3.5 Psionics update) All Thri-Kreen now are ECL 4 and psionic.
