When dealing with a race that has multipul arms (4 for example, like Goro off of Mortal Kombat) and they dual weild a wepon in all 4 hands (granted the wepon is big enough and amadextrious feet is taken) would the strength (20 of a +5 bonus) be multiplied by 4? Making their strength dmg +20. Any input would be apperciated.

That depends on what you mean by that exactly. Their strengthx4 would NOT be added to the damage output of any single weapon. Their strength modifier would be added to the main hand's damage and half their strength modifier to all the others.

Since you're talking about the Ambidexterity feat here, I assume this is 3.0 you're talking about though. I am only really familiar with 3.5, where you need to have MultiWeapon Fighting to wield four weapons.

Ok, if a char did have the multiple wepon feets and wanted to weild one wepon that all 4 of his/her arms could handle, and amadextrious feat has been taken for each arm to make them equal. Would there only be (for the sake of dmg) one dominate arm which gets full strength dmg and 3 arms that get 1.5 of the strength dmg? So if my math is correct and i would be rounding up (making 1.5 (the 1.5 comes from not having the amadextrious feat and dual weilding a wepon) x 5 = 7.5<8 for the lower arms and then 8 (5 for dominate hand plus 2.5 for the off hand) for the upper arms making the total of 16) Does that make any sense? If a char did take amadextrious feat for each arm would the str dmg for each arm then be 5str. x 4 arms =20? how would the #'s work out using 3.5 with the multiple wepon feats?

Quite frankly, I don't think the Ambidexterity feat even exists anymore in 3.5 (at least, I have never seen it even once in 3.5), so you wouldn't need to take it even once. You could just take MultiWeapon Fighting and you're there.

As to your calculations, um, no. When I say "one half" I don't mean "one and a half" I mean 0.5 or 1/2. So one arm (the main one) would get the full Strength bonus (with 20 str, that means +5), and the other three would get half Str bonus (with 20 str, that means +2 or +3, depending on how your DM handles it).

So then the dmg would be (if we were to use the +2 per off hand arm) +11 for using all four arms?

No. Because it's highly unlikely that all four attacks hit.

Let's say you have a four-armed human, a level 16 Fighter with with 18 Strength and Multi-Weapon Fighting. He fights using four longswords.

He gets his main hand attack at full BAB -4 (due to fighting with multiple weapon and having MWF) plus Str mod, so +16, and each off-hand attack at BAB - 4 plus half Str mod, so +14.

Now let's say they all hit the target. The main hand attack deals 1d8 + Str mod, so 1d8 + 4. The other three attacks deal 1d8 + half Str mod, so 1d8 + 2.

Understood?

yes i understand that, but what I am saying is that the person with 4 arms only uses one big wepon, not 4 individual wepons, one wepon that he/she is able to weild with all 4 arms all at the same time to make one massive attack. that is what i mean.

To my knowledge, there is no such thing as a weapon that can be wielded with four arms. You could wield two two-handed weapons, though, or just ask your DM if you could perhaps design a four-handed weapon.

A two-handed weapon, a shield and a wand wouldn't require Multi-Weapon Fighting.

Yes to have one made would not be hard at all, just takes some creativity. But to make one that would alow all four limbs to use one wepon what would the strength modifier be on that according to 3.5?

Ironically enough, I was actually reading about this the other day in Savage Species. He was actually right in the first place. If you weild one weapon in more than two hands, then you keep adding 1/2 your Str mod to the damage.

Ex. a creature wielding a medium-size longsword in two hands adds 1 1/2 times it's strength bonus to the damage roll. A girallon wielding a huge club with all four hands adds 2 1/2 times its strength bonus to the damage roll.

But the weapon would have to be a larger size in order to wield the weapon in more then two hands I believe, cause the appropriate penalties. How to get the price is also located in SS. Says here, that a one handed weapon can be modified to be able to be wielded in up to four hands, a two handed weapon, eight.

For reference, page 42 of Savage Species.

Hope I helped
