If you are asking for us to post stats, then you are unlikely to get help. :rolleyes:

You can find the core races' stats in the System Reference Document, though.

but for races.. we are going to be a couple members down on the table, so we are having a host DM for fun (so the DM can play too :) Anyway, the host DM gave us the option rolling a new character up since this game will be in "the past". I decided to go with monk and the DM mentioned i may enjoy a Trogladyte (spelling?) I was looking for information on them, but figured a link with a complete list of races could easily come in handy in the future as well :)

so anyone know anything on trogladyte?

I also know I wouldn't play one as a monk. The armor class boost is nice, but 3 missing BAB (1 from two medium BAB progression HD, 2 from LA) and a Dex reduction don't exactly appeal to me.

I dont know, stench is pretty cool. Make a stealth based monk and you can follow around the BBEG and be that repulsive, disgusting scent that noone can ever find where its coming from!

Problem is, you need a system for determenign when your characgter is "Angry or Scared" otherwise it would give away your presence at an unfortunate time. But trip and grapple are both opposed strength checks, and concentration checks are skill checks, so it helps you with disrupting mages, and possibly aginst fighter types, if they somehow fail their fort save (the dc is kinda pathetically low)
