Racial Class Skills for Dragons [Archive] - Wizards Community

04-02-07, 11:24 AM Can anyone post a link to a site (or, if it does not violate CoC, simply post it here) that lists which skills are considered racial class skills for a Dragon PC? Thanks :)

04-02-07, 11:40 AM Here is what it says in the SRD:

Skills

All dragons have skill points equal to (6 + Int modifier, minimum 1) × (Hit Dice + 3). Most dragons purchase the following skills at the maximum ranks possible: Listen, Search, and Spot. The remaining skill points are generally spent on Concentration, Diplomacy, Escape Artist, Intimidate, Knowledge (any), Sense Motive, and Use Magic Device at a cost of 1 skill point per rank. All these skills are considered class skills for dragons. (Each dragon has other class skills as well, as noted in the variety descriptions.)

04-02-07, 11:59 AM That list is for True Dragons. Do characters with non-True-Dragon Dragon racial HD have the same racial skill list?

04-02-07, 02:50 PM I don't think any creature type has a specific set of skill connected with it, tell us the which creature it is and we'll see what we can find for you

04-02-07, 09:01 PM I think thta if the creature has the dragon type then they consider the skills mentioned in SRD as class skills for the purpose of gaining a monster HD.

04-03-07, 12:18 AM Dragon HD do not have class skills assigned to them. Skills listed in a monster's entry are treated as class skills for that monster's HD. For dragons in particular:
