Does anyone have any info on goblinoid society goblins hobgoblins and bugbears it seems the only source book that gives info is Monster manual

2 do half goblinoid crossbreeds between humanoids exist. such as half human half bugbear.

3 Do half orc half elves exist? or is it only humans?

4 in orc society is orcs who rape humans something rare or considered bestiality or weird fetish.

1. No, there isn't something official, but there's a "Slayer's Guide to Hobgoblins" for d20 by some publisher and I think for Goblins and Orcs, too. It's not really that bad, but they only show one interpretation of how their society could look like, based on the entries in the MM.

2. Never heard of goblin-crossbreads ever (except half-dragon or half-fiend).

3. There never have been any, but if you apply modern understanding of genetic to it, their DNA would have to be matching, since both match with humans. (But even than, there could be some terminal side-effect when their DNA matches that doesn't occur with humans, so it never results in a noticable pregnancy).

4. There's nothing written about it, but in the end it mosty depends on how you interprete orc society for yourself. If they are just 08/15 evil raiders, sure why not. But if you wan't them to be a simple, but culturate people that just had a bad start with humans, elves and dwarves in the beginning, it doesn't have to be that way.
In my setting, orcs do raid and steal, but their honor code prevents them to abuse weaker people because it would mean the orc in question is a coward and doesn't dare to face people who could show resistance. They also belive that everything "belongs" to who is able to claim it. Since humans need their food and cattle for their own survival, they risk a fight and then things turn violent. Rapeing would dishonor such an orc and made him unworthy of being a warrior of the tribe, but there are always also those, that allready have been outcast and these might not have such reservations.

You could always come up with your own half races, I regularly DM. And I have no problem with players coming up with things, providing they are balanced.

And why have a whole society engineered? In my mind that is for the DM to do. set up their own society.

Oh one thing to think about Goblinoids is survival of the fitest, the boss is allmost always the toughest/strongest, or the most cunning. Rarely do they have a weak lord (like humans can have) where people follow just because of oaths.

Goblin society can be wonderful to flash encounters with them out. Resulting from the dogmas of their god Maglubiyet, life os worth nothing. If the tribe will still be strong enough to defend itself after that, a goblin chief will sacrifice as much warriors as needed to win a battle. Also, goblins care nothing for the survival of their cormorades. They have no reservations at all to throw each other of a ladder to get away or to cut a wounded cormorade down that is standing in their path of retreat.
You can really do a lot of really cool things with just making some thoughts about the creatures society. In the end, it's always best to adjust things in a way it best fits into the setting or even how it results in the coolest encounters, but it's always a good idea to try to get as much material for inspiration as possible.

There is some information in Races of Faerun about two pages worth. The rest of it is up to you.
