Count Nerindil Van Seraph 09-01-07, 09:32 PM	I would have to say no. If you got a cut on your hand could you, just by force of will, keep it from healing in a couple of days? Not likely. Cell regeneration is cell regeneration. It just happens a lot faster in creatures with fast healing and regeneration.
