Scaled back races? [Archive] - Wizards Community

05-21-07, 04:45 PM Hi all... I seem to remember reading an article on Wizards' main D&D site that had rules/tips for scaling back races with a high ECL to be a zero ECL race.

Am I out of my mind, or did it exist? I tried the search feature and tried scouring the archive manually for about a half-hour. Anyone know what I'm talking about? Or better yet, have a link to said article?

05-22-07, 09:15 PM I wish I could help. I think I know what you are talking about, though. I recall a tiefling without an LA. And an Asimar, too. I never saw that actual link, but I did see a printout of it, so it should be around here, somewhere. Let me take a look around, as I have a few ideas, and will see what I can find.
