ElberethSilverleaf 05-17-07, 07:43 AM	The shade lvl adjustment is +4 for a very valid reason. Read pages 147 - 149 and you'll understand completely why. Unless you're one of those trying to get an uber type character better than the other players......................... It's in Races of Faerun, when reading the advantages they get you understand the reasoning behind the +4.
