shadow creature + native outsider [Archive] - Wizards Community

09-18-07, 08:26 AM if i add the shadow creature template to a native outsider of the material. What does its type become? it says you become a native of the shadow plane but your type does not change. Do you become extraplaner? i did not think you could be extraplaner of the transitive planes.

09-18-07, 08:33 AM A creature that is outside his home plane gains the extraplanar subtype. So for example a shadow tiefling would be Outsider (extraplanar) instead of Outsider (native).
