You will want to download the 3.5 conversion booklet (http://www.wizards.com/dnd/files/DnD35_Monster_Manual_2.zip) to make it 3.5 compliant.:)

05-18-07, 01:06 AM You can apply the woodling template (MM3, LA +3) to a small humanoid. It's a far shot, but you could always argue that a woodling kobold would have a lower LA (due to base kobold's inferior racial abilities).
