small race with high speed [Archive] - Wizards Community

05-16-07, 11:36 PM i am looking to make an acrobat character and i want to avoid the -6 to jumb for a having a speed lower than 30'. any ideas? low LA plz

05-17-07, 12:14 AM Kobolds, Goblins, and Whisper Gnomes (Races of Stone) are all small races with a speed of 30 feet and no LA.

Mephlings, from the Planar Handbook, are small humanoids with a land speed of 30 feet and +1 LA.

Also, Blues from the Expanded Psionics Handbook have +1 LA, are very close to goblins stat-wise. Their naturally psionic, so you might be able to take that feat that allows you to move faster without having to become a Psionic class. I'd have to check to be sure.

Give him a level od Barbarian.

05-17-07, 07:15 AM Poison dusk lizard folk in mm3 have fast run spedd as fast as a human. Get bonuses to agility but are weakear than a human but I believe they get scales that make them toupher and they gain more life each level.

I don't no much about it but a fellow player of mind has played one.

Something like a move speed of 240ft per second. Which should help with the Jump skill:D
