07-28-07, 06:47 PM Are there any other templates for dragons as playable characters besides the one in Dragon Magizine. Because right now I have a half Bronze-Dragon warblade, and the one from Dragon honestly looks like it would be a downgrade for my character, so I am not sure if it would be worth going through with. It is something I want to do, but not for what it looks like I would have to give up to take the template from dragon magizine. So I was just wondering if there is any other places that I can get a better template from. Thanks for any help.

07-28-07, 06:58 PM Well, templates aren't the only way to play a draconic character. There are also monstrous progressions (found in Savage Species), and races that are draconic.

I've come up with generic 20-level Hit Die progressions for several creature types, dragons included. Is this what you're looking for?

Or am I just misreading your post entirely?

07-30-07, 08:42 PM Are you looking for ways to play a dragon as a PC? (IE, looking for dragon classes)
The Draconomicon and Races of the Dragon are useful books to have access to if this is your aim.

If you are looking for an upgrade, not many dragon-blooded PC prestige classes are out there. I have made a pass at one (see sig), and I know of a couple others on these boards.

Beyond that, I'm not really sure what you are asking for.
