The Best Created Races Ever! [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-06-07, 10:21 PM Hello all. I made this thread as a resource for players and DMs who want to try something new. I want all of you to list your best races here for easy reference. Mine are in my sig.

Remember, to make this easier, i would appreciate if you linked the thread the race appeared on, ty!

11-07-07, 03:38 PM Well, if you mean home-made races, I can point you to both my modified vampire template (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=708607), as well as the unliving vampire template (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=930624) I created from it.

If you're talking about good WotC published races, I'm a big fan of humans, dwarves, and goblins. Depending on what you're after, a full orc is nice too (or water orcs if you're looking for more cheese :P).

11-07-07, 03:58 PM Maybe it would help if instead of simply saying "it's in my sig", one could say "it's in my sig. Here's a quick description of them. The [insert name here] is [...you got the point.]". That would facilitate it alot for people looking for something particular. Thanks :)

Homangui (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=938352): A race that is naturally suited to virtually any environment. Very quick. LA+3 (no racial HD)

Ferans: The machines that evolved (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=947431): The most customizable race ever to hit the boards: 207 possible combinations of features in a LA+0 race.

Lillith (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=945131): a female planetouched decended from a union between a human and a succubus. Are known to be incredibly emotional.

Peredar (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=942125): The result of a union between a Celestial and a Fiend. Abilities TBD.

P.E.A.C.H. on both!
