| mdag05-29-07, 06:58 PM | This race may seem very similar to the dwarves (duh, mountain dwellers) because they are relatives of the dwarves. These guys are less earth and rock oriented and more fire oriented. Ungol Medium-sized humanoid - +2 con, +2 str, -2 dex, -2 cha (Ungols are tough as stone and tempered by heat but they are quite sluggish and dull as the hammers they beat on their anvils) - 20' Speed (the Ungol are short with stubby legs that are not meant for fast movement.) - Darkvision 60' (Ungol's eyes hve become used to working in darkness) - +2 on all craft weapons and armor checks (Ungols are taught the secrets of the forge early on and practice as often as they can) - +2 on will saves versus mind affecting abilities (The Ungol are stubborn and have mnds as hard as the steel they work with) - Fire Resistance 5 - Tinder Fingers: At will, the Ungol can snap his or her fingers and produce a small flame the size of that from a tindertwig. - Fire Seeing: 1/day an Ungol can use a racial ability that is used regularily. An Ungol can use the ablitlty, stick their head into a fire (torch, forge, etc...) and their head appears in another fire no more than 1 mile away. Thus ablitly in no way harms the Ungol but while in the flames they are flat-footed. This ablity can be used for 1 minute per Hit Dice of the Ungol. - Languages: Common, Dwarven - Bonus Languages: Dwarven, gnome, draconic, Giant, Undercommon. - Favored Class: Fighter I especially like the tinder fingers (imagine a bored Pyar just sitting back in their chair snapping their fingers and repeatedly producing the flame.) I'm open for criticism! :D |

| Ogg05-30-07, 12:48 PM | As a note on the name make them Lesser Azer, since Azer are basically fire dwarves. |
