Isn't this race originally from Alternity?

What is the LA? Or are you asking for help? I would say it's a strong +2 or a weak +3.

LA added. +2. This race comes completly from my mind, though I found the Pic on Deviant Art. I don't even know what Alternity is.

I don't even know what Alternity is.

Alternity was a sci-fi RPG released by TSR in the mid 90's, and one of the alien character races was called T'sa, IIRC.

I just used the draconic word for serpent. Tsa. Weird coincidence.

Some interesting if meaningless (for D&D) comments:

Tsa is also the name of one of the twelve gods in the largest German roleplaying game, DSA (Das Schwarze Auge - The Black Eye, which doesn't sound nearly as ridiculous in German, where the ophthalmic injury of the same name is called Blaues Auge - blue eye). Tsa is a goddess of youth and renewal commonly depicted as a small lizard or a snake. T'sssa was her name in ancient times when Dere (the DSA game world) was dominated by lizardmen, and it is commonly accepted that T'sssa was adopted by the humanoid slave people and retained after they gained their freedom.

It seems there are only so many names for certain concepts to go around...

Huh. In my own personal setting, "Tsa" is a mild profanity, with "tsa'kara" the self-deprecating form of it.

It seems pretty strong on LA +2. You might want to bump it.
