I don't think they're OGC, so no one can post them. You could check Crystalkeep and see if they have them.

EDIT: Correction--Arctic Elves are in the SRD, here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/races/environmentalRacialVariants.htm#arcticEl ves).

Snow Elf: +2 Dex -2 Cha, medium, 30 ft., wizard, humanoid (elf), frostburn pg.34

Arctic Elf: +2 Dex -2 Str, medium, 30 ft., wizard, humanoid (elf), unearthed arcana pg.9

Never heard of avian elves

ah... The are in "races of faerun" or take a sun elf and slap on the winged template from savage species. I would go with the savage species way because you get pretty much the same stats as a standard averial from races of faerun, but with LA +2 instead of LA +3.

I did this in one campaign and it seemed to work (well, they could still use greatswords, but the basic principles remained the same)
