Wi-Sent (Buffalo-folk)
Wi-Sent are renowned for their ability to conduct warfare and for their academic skills.

Personality: Wi-Sent are very hard workers, but they do have a sense of humor. They are usually weary of new people, but once a person earns the trust of one the Wi-Sent will have one’s back no matter the situation. They also love word play and usually joke around with their friends. But they usually are quiet talking and rarely speak more then a few words to a stranger.

Physical Description: Wi-Sent are usually five to seven feet. They weigh anywhere from 180 lb to over 300lb. Wi-Sent stand on short but muscular hoofed feet, they usually have short and scratchy fur covering their faces going down to their shoulders. Wi-Sent also have two short horns on their head that was left from their ancestors the buffalo, they hardly ever use the horns in combat.

Relations: Wi-Sent have no preference of race, but they do help and look out for anyone that has gained their trust. Again it is hard for someone to gain the trust of a Wi-Sent, but once they do the Wi-Sent will do what ever it can to help.

Alignment: Wi-Sent typically tend to lean towards lawful because of their herd mentality, were there is a rigid hierarchy of rank.

Lands: Wi-Sent typically live in grassy plains and light forest. Wi-Sent are nomadic and travel through their territory based on where food is in abundance.

Religion: Wi-Sent Soldiers usually worship Heironeous as well. All other Wi-Sent usually worship nature or a deity of nature.

Language: Wi-Sent speak their own language of Wi-vish, it has its own script and it can travel long distances and be herd clearly. Wi-Sent also speak Common along with the languages of their enemies.

Names: A Wi-Sent has two names a child name given at birth, by his parents, and another name is given to it when it reaches adulthood this name usually reflects a trait that the Wi-Sent has.

Adventures: A Wi-Sent usually adventures to grow spiritually and physically so that it may help its herd when it returns.

Racial Traits
+2 CON, -2 DEX, +2 INT, -2 CHA: Wi-Sent are healthy but slow, they have incredible minds but not so incredible bodies.
Medium: As Medium creatures Wi-Sent have no special bonuses or penalties to their size.
Base Land Speed 30’
Wi-Sent have poor eyesight, even poorer then a human, but their hearing is unbelievably sharp. Along with learning how to live with nature in the wilderness they can identify almost any forest or plains animal and or plant. They know how to survive in many conditions. They are also great judge of character. Their Nomadic style of life also brings them into contact with many different cultures so they can learn and speak languages fairly quickly.

+2 on Speak Language
-2 on Spot
-2 Jump

Any way I'm out of ideas for what to add. Is it to much for not having a level ajustment or does it need more things added?

It's standard practice to not make races wtih mental ability score bonuses LA +0. However, they don't look that bad in any other respect, so I'd say they're LA +0 depending on the DM.
