Two-Weapon Pounce from PHB2. Or any other ability that gives you pounce. Like 1 level of barbarian with the alternate class feature from Complete Champion.

For a rather long and yet still incomplete list, take a look at the Pounce section of the Lists of Stuff (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=662842).

Also note, there is a difference between giving a 2nd attack and giving a 2nd attack that gets all the benefits of a Charge.

Simply granting a 2nd attack (or more) attack on a charge is a reasonable thing for a feat to give.

Letting you get all the special benfits of charging, including bonus damage from feats/abilities (spirited Charge, etc.) is far more debatable. It can quickly lead to massive damages that far exceed what is reasonable for a single feat to give.

Some people say YEAH, give me that damage, great. (power games, anything goes)

Others laugh and say "try again charlie" you get an extra attack, but only the first gets all the benefits. (Strict, Loose)

There is also, indirectly, Robilar's Gambit from PH2. It gives you an AoO each time a foe strikes you. So basically, you could choose to charge the farther target and deliberately passing through threatened squares, suffers each defenders attack and attack them back each time.

The Two Weapon Pounce feat, and basically any ability with the world "Pounce" in it, mention that it gets all the benefit of the charge (only the Leap Attack bonus should fall in the category of "only 1 attack per charge", as it mentions that it works on 1 attack only).
Then again, if you like that house rule, it's your, and your group's, privilege to use them. Just don't go around confusing folks that ask about the general rules :)

And I can't see that houserule as particolarly good, too - it would simply tip the balance (even more than now it is) toward spellcasters, in terms of general offense (as pouncing tactics aren't useful at low levels, and come into their own at mid-high, as more attacks are avaible... so melee loses one of its stronger high level techniques)
Pouncing charges can be broken, in builds that go all out to break them - but then again anything can be broken, with enough leverage.
