1. Can anyone please tell me which feat is it that grants bonus skill points, and which book it is listed in?

2. Can anyone tell me if there is a feat to combine two weapons into one attack, and which book it is listed in?

Thank you.

1. Open Minded is in Complete Adventurer, and I believe some other books as well.

2. Dual Strike allows you to make a melee attack with two weapons as a standard action. That's in Complete Adventurer as well.

Kick in it! Great thanks, I got this great combination of Large sized Bastard Sword, Dwarven Buckler Axe, Leap Attack, and Dual Strike I am working on.

Doesn't Nymph's Kiss give you extra skill points as well?

That's from Book of Exalted Deeds.

That I think gives you an extra skill point per level.

Open Minded is also in the Expanded Psionics Handbook, and the SRD (http://www.systemreferencedocuments.org/35/sovelior_sage/psionicFeats.html#open-minded).

Yes, among other things it does, Nymph's Kiss gives one extra skill point per level. Because nothing says you're loved by a fey more than a bonus skill point.
