Any feats that allow you to maintain a buckler AC bonus while wielding a 2 handed weapon? Trying to get my Duskblades AC up a bit but I would hate to give up my greatsword. Thanks.

Improved Buckler Defense, in Complete Warrior.

Or use an animated shield.

Both are RAW, but kind of cheesy. I'd check with my DM before assuming they are allowed.

Improved Buckler Defense would allow you to do this, yes.
But I'd rather get an Animated heavy shield. Much more lucrative.
Alternatively, you could dump the Greatsword and wield a heavy shield as a two handed weapon. It's questionable whether this is better than a greatsword + animated shield, it isn't explicitly allowed by the rules (you can make a case for it, though), and you might look silly bashing with it but it's an alternative.
