04-30-07, 01:52 AM My friends and I thought we had seen a feat that allows a monk to continue taking levels in monk after it has already taken a prestige class. Could someone help us find it?

04-30-07, 02:18 AM To my knowledge there is no such feat (at least in official books), however three are a number of PrC's that allow a monk to take that class and still freely go back into monk. Examples include sacred fist, enlightened fist, Kensai, drunken master, tattoed monk, etc.

There's:

Ascetic Stalker (Complete Scoundrel)
Ascetic Hunter (Complete Adventurer)
Ascetic Knight (Complete Adventurer)
Ascetic Mage (Complete Adventurer)
Ascetic Rogue (Complete Adventurer)

You could also talk to your DM about dropping the restriction. There is no game balance reason to have the rule that I have been able to find. I lifted the restriction in my games for paladins and monks with no adverse affects on my games. If he won't do that, maybe you could use one of those feats as a guide to create a new feat that would do the same thing.
