A question about supplementary skills [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-13-07, 02:29 AM For skills which are introduced in supplemental books, how do you determine whether they are usable by base classes/other supplementary classes?

The reason I ask is whether Autohypnosis could be a Wizard's class skill, but a general rule would be helpful.

06-13-07, 03:19 AM As far as I know, they're only skills for classes that have them listed. For instance, Autohypnosis is listed for the psionic classes.

When you design a new spell, you are required to list the classes that can use it.

Similarly, you have to list the classes that can use any new skill.
