I am looking for a feat that allows you to subtract points from your AC and add them to to your Attack bonus or Damage bonus. (It would work much the same way that Power Attack does, but with AC and Attack or damage instead of Attack and Damage) Does such a feat exist? If so where is it?

It lets you reduce your AC instead of your Attack when using Power Attack on a Charge.

05-07-07, 09:54 AM Heedless Charge: To use this maneuver, you must charge and make the attack at the end of the charge using your Power Attack feat. The penalty you take on your attack roll must be -5 or worse. In addition to normal charge modifiers (which give you a -2 penalty to AC and a +2 bonus on the attack roll), you can assign any portion of the attack roll penalty from Power Attack to your Armor Class instead, up to a maximum equal to your base attack bonus.

This is one of the manuvers from the shock trooper tactical feat. It does not add to attack or damage, it converts your power attack penalty (or part of it) and ADDS it to your AC. I do not knw of any feat that lets you lower your AC to add to either attack or damage off the tp of my head.

You can shift your focus from defense to offense.

Prerequisite
Base attack bonus +1.

Benefit
When you use the attack action or full attack action in melee, you can take a penalty of -4 to your Armor Class and add a +2 bonus on your melee attack roll. The bonus on attack rolls and penalty to Armor Class last until the beginning of your next turn.

05-07-07, 11:45 AM I would say, in any way, the AC penalty may only be as high as the Dexterity Modificator +5, so in the most extreme case, one can reduce ones dexterity bonus to AC down to -5.
