I know of only one way to add one's armor bonus to touch AC, but it uses psionics. Unfortunately, my DM doesn't allow psionics in his game so I have to find alternatives. Could someone point me in the direction of a feat or feat tree that could do this?

Just off the top of my head, if you want more touch AC, the spells Cat's Grace, Protection from [Alignment], and Shield of Faith immediately come to mind. As do Amulets of Dexterity, Rings of Protections, and Monk's Belts (combined with a wisdom increasing item more for touch AC). A Ring of Invisibility or a Minor/Major Cloak of Displacement will make you all-around harder to hit. The Shield Ward feat (PHII) allows you to add your shield bonus to your touch AC, and Dodge, Combat Expertise, Superior Combat Expertise (CW) and Desert Wind Dodge (ToB) will add to your touch AC.

Those are nice things, but not what he wants.

In addition to the Deflective psionic feat, there is one for shields that is NOT psionic:

Parrying Shield, from Lords of Madness. It lets you use your shield bonus for touch attacks.

While again, not exactly what you want, I think it is a bit closer than simply listing things that help your touch AC.

I believe there a feat which allows shield bonus to touch AC shield ward I believe you need to take shield specialization to get it though.

Sorry, I miss-read the question.

Like I mentioned, Shield Ward (PHII) let's you add your shield bonus to your touch AC, but requires a prerequisite feat. The spell, Scintillating Scales (SC) changes your natural armor to a deflection bonus.

His loss.

Short of the Deflective Armor feat, there is no published way of flat-out adding your armor bonus to your touch AC. There are plenty of ways of improving your touch AC (Shield Ward, PHB2, is probably the best of these because it comes with other goodies; Parrying Shield, LoM, costs one less feat but gets you a similar result), but none that involve shifting your armor bonus there.
