Is there a feat, alternate class ability or anything else which would add a single Domains spells to the Ranger spell list?

Not sure but that info might be in the Complete Divine book. At least thats your best chance. If it's a specific spell that you want then you could find additional ranger spells in various books.

You just take a Prestige Class that adds a full Domain. (Yes, it is in Complete Divine)

The classes that a Ranger can use to do it are:

Contemplative
Divine Oracle
Justice Hammer of Moradin
Seeker of the Misty Isle

Note that of these, only Contemplative allows you to select which Domain of your Gods you get. The other three grant a specific domain.

In 3.0, you could do so with domains gained from Prestige Classes such as the Contemplative.

As far as I know, this no longer holds true in 3.5.

The only feat that comes close is Arcane Disciple from CD, but as the name implies, it grants access to domain spells to arcane casters.

Nothing WotC legal I know of.

You're sure this works under 3.5 rules? I thought I read the opposite.

I actually need the spells to qualify for a prestige class. I really only need two spells added. Maybe the way to go is to just add the spells to the Ranger list in my home campaign. The combination I'm going for is Ranger/Walker in the Waste from the Sandstorm book.

What two spells are you talking about specifically?

It is better to ask us exactly what you really need, instead of trying to get us to tell you how to do it the way you think you need.

Other ways to get different ranger spells is to use the Races of Stone racial ranger varians: Gnome and Half-Elf modify the ranger spell list.

P.S. The rule about the Extra Domains for non-clerics is in Complete Divine is 3.5 book, on page 20, which clearly states it is legal. The rule originated in Defenders of the Faith the 3.0 book.

I just did tell you as much as I think I can. Is it legal to post PrC requirements from a sourcebook here? If it is then I can give specifics.

You can at the very least tell us the pre-reqs.

The trick when handling Copyright laws is always to provide the minimal information neccessary to have your question answered.

Which particular spells you need are the minimum neccessary to answer your question.

U.S. Fair Use laws allow upto 1% of any product, particularly if it by itself is not usefull, for educational purposes. Furthermore they specifically grant GREATER protection to people posting rules for a game. Posting the pre-reqs without the benefits of a PrC clearly falls under the 1% rule, especially because you can not possibly use the PrC if no one tells you what the benefits do.

Or you can tell us the name of the PrC you are trying to qualify for and we can look up the spells in our own books.

Okay... So the PrC I'm looking for is the Walker in the Waste (using the adaption suggestion of removing the non-good requirements). Based on your suggestion of looking at racial sub classes I'm creating a racial sub for Desert Elves which gives access to some of the spells normally required for this class (and 2 other ranger sub features from the Sandstorm book). I'm then changing the req by removing the spells requirement and replacing it with one feat: Drift magic and the Spells to say: Ability to cast 1st level Divine spells

I think there's another prestige class that grants a domain, too...something
from the Draconomicon. Platinum Knight, maybe? All I remember is that the
class I'm talking about gets access to the 'Glory' domain. I know this cause I
have a ranger who has favored enemy: undead; and I was looking for a way
to qualify for something else, and I had to have a domain or maybe the turn
undead ability to qualify, I was coming up with all kinds of convoluted stuff
to try to do it.

Take the shooting star replacement level to cast arcane spells as a ranger, a take that feat.
