One of my players was wracking his brain trying to remember where he saw a feat that allows a PC to add 2 specific skills to his class skill list.
I don't recall seeing it (other than certain ones like Educated for Knowledge skills)
He was looking to add Spellcraft and Use Magic Device to his Fighter (backstory mostly).
Any ideas?

Cityscape p. 59 has a variant rule for character social class, which gives each character 3 class skills to add to their class list or get a bonus on if they're already on their class list. However, they're all mostly flavor skills with the possible exception of Speak Language from the Upper Class list, and even that isn't a "cower before me" skill.

There used to be the Cosmopolitan feat (Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting), but that was 3.0. In Player's Guide to Faerun that was updated so that it no longer granted class skill.

He's probably thinking of the Versatile feat, though. Rokugan Campaign Setting, page 55. In light of the change in Cosmopolitan, I'd probably disallow the porting in of the Versatile feat, though. (If the player wants it for some flavor reason, then that would be fine, but usually it gets used to qualify for PrCs at a far lower level than the PrC designer intended, in my experience.)

Skill Knowledge in UA.

Allows 2 skills to be class skills for all your classes (for multi-class use) OR 1 skill as a class skill for a single class PC.
