Adrenal Rush: You can channel adrenaline through your system with such precision and force that it allows you to accomplish tasks which would normally be seen as impossible. Prerequisites: Str 15, Con 15, Endurance, Diehard, Toughness, Improved Toughness. Effect: Once per day, when you enter negative hit points, a surge of adrenaline flows through your body, granting you additional strength and endurance. You receive a adrenal bonus to your Strength and Constitution scores equal to double your character level. This bonus lasts for a number of rounds equal to your character level. And at the end of this time, you are reduced to -9 hit points, stable, and fall unconscious. |
