In the players handbook pg154 theres a special attack called, Aid another that gives your friend a +2 to there next attack, or a +2 to there AC.

My question is can you flank an opponent and at the same time Aid another, so both of you can get a +2 on your next attacks?

When you are flanking, both of you get a +2 on all your attacks against a flanked opponent for as long as you continue flanking.

Aiding another is a standard action. If you do this, you cannot attack for this round, but the friend that you aid gets +2 on their next attack roll.

These two effects stack, so if you are flanking an opponent and your friend uses the aid another action, you would get +4.
