| Perun01-27-08, 06:45 AM | I remember a feat that allowed a character to either cast a cure spell as a swift action or cast a touch cure spell as a 30-ft. range spell... and I was certain it was one of the Devotion feats described in the Complete Champion, but now I can't find it... If anyone knows what I'm talking about, I'd really appreciate some information. Thanks in advance. Regards. |
| Fireclave01-27-08, 07:10 AM | The Reach Spell feat from the Complete Divine allows you cast touch spells at 30ft range, but I don't know of a feat that's allows you to cast cure spells as a swift action other than Quicken Spell. |
| Blarghy01-27-08, 02:52 PM | It's not a feat, but I believe the Close Wounds spell from the Spell Compedium allows you to cast it as a Swift or Immediate action (not sure which one). |
| Lyndis01-27-08, 03:38 PM | Healing Devotion: Once per day. You can gain fast healing 1 (+1 for every 5 character levels, max +5) for one minute. You can activate this feat as an immediate action. It also automatically activates if you are reduced to 0 hit points or below (but not killed). As a full-round action, You can transfer this ability to a willing recipient as a touch spell. Doing so counts as one daily use of the ability. You may spend a turn undead attempt to use this one more time. This feat i sfrom complete champion. |

I distinctly remember reading that little bit of text and thinking how I should keep it in mind as a possible option for my cleric. That was maybe two weeks ago. And now my cleric is about to hit level 6, and I can 't find the darn thing :P Anyways, thanks for the replies. Regards. [Edit] NEWS! This Just Came In! I Am Not Crazy! :p I only half-misremembered. The thing I remembered as a feat is in fact a first-level ability of the Solar Channeller PrC from Shattered Gates of Slaughtergarde adventure (p. 8 of the Player's Guide). |
