| orangevoodoo07-01-07, 03:57 PM | I would allow it, so long as you targeted all shots within some radius of each other and fired them all from the same "point" in your movement. 10 feet? maybe too small, but I couldn't accept an archer moving 5 feet from behind a wall, shooting off a shot, moving 10 feet, shooting another down a hall they couldn't see while in cover, moving 10 feet, shooting another on the other side of the battle, then moving 5 more to hide back behind the corner. |
| Tommyboy07-01-07, 04:54 PM | How about the line: "Must be aware of all targets at the begining of your turn"? |
| jaelis07-01-07, 05:33 PM | You could just house rule that multishot and SotR work together. |

Why not? |
| InkBlot07-01-07, 06:49 PM | You can already do this on a mount. If you're mounted, you can move and make a full attack with your bow from any point in your movement. You can shoot at any targets you could normaly shoot at. You can also do this while double moving, or even running, but then you take attack penalties (which can be removed with two feats). And then there's Fly By Attack, which lets you take any standard action in the middle of a move - so long as you're flying. Many Shot + Fly By Attack = Ranged Bounding Assault. So in my opinion, a Ranged Bounding Assault would be fine. STRAFING RUN [FIGHTER] You can fire multiple shots while running Prerequisites: Dex 17, Dodge, Mobility, Point Blank Shot, Shot On The Run, Rapid Shot, Many Shot, base attack bonus +11 Benefit: When using a standard action with your Many Shot feat, you can move both before and after the attack, provided that your total distance moved is not greater than your speed. You can’t use this feat if you are wearing heavy armor. You must move at least 5 feet both before and after you make your attack in order to utilize the benefits of Strafing Run. |
| Tommyboy07-01-07, 10:33 PM | The inspiration comes from a Centaur Ranger/Scout, so fly by or mounted won't apply. The idea is to skirmish around the edges of combat and use distracting attack (PHB2) to make melee easier. But a Raptorian would work just as well with fly by, favored class would be a problem though. |
