rjmgsouthard 06-24-07, 08:18 AM	When progressing an Animal companion, how does one calcuate skills. If I use the table from the monster manual my animal companion will only ever aquire one skill point per level after I apply his negative Int bonus. Am I missing something? Or do I take my lonely skill point and like it?
SALDAR 06-24-07, 10:04 AM	You're missing nothing. Very few circumstances allow animals to gain more than 1 skill point per HD due to their 2 INT. I can't think of any such circumstances at the moment though.
Kouk 06-24-07, 01:46 PM	If you want, you can probably have your pet take the feat Open Minded, which grants 5 skill points.
