being a shape change type i was wondering if using feats like multi attack or imp Natural attack could substitute as Imp Unarmed Attack for different Preq's like Imp Grapple.

Actually druids being proficient in natural attacks would that allow imp trip to be used while shaped(instead of needing ImpUA?

It's a prereq feat. IUS needs to be taken before Imp Trip or Grapple. You can still trip/grapple, you just don't get the +4 bonus and you incur an AoO. If you wildshape into a creature that gets free trips or grapples (wolf/bear), then you can get the free trips/grapples as according to their abilities.

What are you guys talking about? Improved Trip requires Combat Expertise, not Improved Unarmed Attack. You can do it in any form.

Okay then, I was just generic responding to such an easy question. I wasn't really caring about accuracy of the details.

My point was this: It has a prereq, you can't just ignore it.
