Any of them can, provided you meet the prerequisites.

Weapon focus (bite or claw), weapon spec bite or claw, the greater forms of both, improved critical, etc..

You have to take the feat each time for each "weapon".. (so, weapon focus Bite, and weapon focus Claw, etc..) otherwise it works fine.

As long as you are in a form that has such a limb.

Keep in mind that the weapons are specific.. You don't get weapon focus (natural attack). You Must take it separately even if it seems to be the same "limb".
i.e. slam, claw, bite, wing, tail- each are different "feat" type categories, for this purpose.

Shock trooper is a Tactical feat
Weapon Focus is a General feat
High Sword, Low Axe is a Weapon Style feat

And, no, I can't think of any that make special use of natural weapons.

No, you mean feats like Crescent Moon or Lightning Mace. Shocktrooper is a tactical feat, and you can use any tactical feat while wildshaped.

Unfortunately for you, there are no weapon style feats for natural weapons, sorry. Most of them involve an otherwise substandard way to fight made (somewhat) useful by the investment of the feat. Wildshaping is already arguable the very best way to fight, so its kind of silly to give it even more options and power.

No, again, there is a tactical feat for shifters. If you are a shifter Druid, you can use it just the same. There are no weapon style feats for shifters, just as there are none for natural attacks.
