The Ascetic Rogue feat is a must from CV.

Carmendine Monk from Champions of Valor would probably be a good choice for a Monk/Rogue too. Use Int modifier instead of Wis to your AC and Stunning Fist save DC. That negates some of the MAD associated with those classes.

A Rogue/Monk/Shadowdancer/Duelist is fine.

Why not Rogue 1/Monk 6/Duelist 8/Shadowdancer 3? I'm sure it's REALLY not optimised, but I'm not even trying.

What are the stats for that stuff?

I like the Spring Attack build for Monk/rogues.

You use the monk speed plus the spring attack to get into position, flanking your target and then do a Sneak Attack on him, then retreat back to safety, preferablly around a corner with Total Cover.

ninja in the complete adventurer does a good job of combining them, but swordsage kills it with a katana of goodness
