Several in general I think can be applied.
Weapon Focus (Eldrich Blast)
Point Blank Shot
Precise shot
Improved Precise Shot
Deadeye Shot
Ranged Recall.
I think they all apply to a warlock's eldrich blast.

Feint wise, Tumbling Feint from PHB II is good too.

It sounds to me that you want to be a poor man's version of an assassin, since assassin has the best spells to aid you in sniping and feinting.

Surprising Riposte from Drow of the Underdark is a must have for feinting.

Sniping as a use of Hide is quite weak, as the move action required forces you to just one standard action for your attack. Able Sniper (Races of the Wild) doesn't appreciably change things.

You'd be better off focusing on things that allow your ranged attacks to qualify for sneak attack damage without spending a move action. Some possibilities:
Greater Invisibility will let you make ranged full attacks with sneak attack damage.
The Supernatural form of Hide in Plain Sight (Shadowdancer/Assassin) will let you Hide with each shot of a full attack (at a -20 penalty); no movement is required.
Against enemies with See Invisibility, Darkness + Ebon Eyes on yourself is very effective.

Complete Adventurer has a feat called Improved Diversion, which gives a +4 bonus to the bluff check and lets you make a diversion as a move action, instead of a standard action. So you can make a diversion, take a 5-ft step to cover or concealment, hide, and still take a standard action.
