Okay, so I want to have the strangest character I can think of, so I have an evil fighter, but I want him to be able to have makeshift armor made of dead children......because they're smaller.
Here's the idea.....I know that somewhere in all the supplements, possibly arms and equipment, they have something that can turn your own skin to the same hardness as rock, or something like that.
I want to make this a permanent thing, so that the bodies are rock solid, and just creepy as heck. Mainly because I know that if I saw some guy running at me with a greatsword and bodies strung to him, yet they couldn't easily be cut through, I would be scared..........and scarred for life, if I made it out alive.

Given what we have to work with, that is, full plate and tower shields, the armor check penalty of such armor would be at least -50 and your only form of movement would be to move 5 feet as a full round action.

that's a tad extreme....

So you want something like

The Grim Tale Breatplate
This grizzly breastplate is composed of the bodies of more then 13 of your favorite fairy tale children, having been trapped by the wicked witch and forced to stare at a catoblepas after being stitched together the witch turned the horrid mass into a suit of armor that would make even the bravest warrior think twice

AC +12, Max Dex 0, ACP -10, ASF 75%, DR 7/Adamantine, Cost 450,000

+4 on Intimidate checks
