| Lotus Crane04-29-08, 10:32 PM | Hey guys, besides Combat Reflexes, are there any feats or magic items (races and classes won't particularly help since the rest of my build is pretty much locked in) that can increase the number of AoO's I can make per round? Because with Thicket of Blades, Karmic Strike, Robilar's Gambit, and Improved Combat Reflexes (Dragon 340), it's pretty easy to blow through half a dozen AoO's per round. |
| jaelis04-29-08, 10:45 PM | Bracers of opportunity (MIC) - but it's only 2/day I'm afraid. (But you get a +2 attack on AoOs too, which is hard to argue with.) |
| runestar04-29-08, 11:42 PM | Not quite what you had in mind, but stormguard warrior (ToB) can let you give up AoOs (possibly because you have already used them up, or want to reserve them) for attack/damage boosts. Though qualifying for it can be a pain without 1 lv of warblade though. |
| Eerongal04-29-08, 11:54 PM | If you're epic, you can get the epic feat improved combat reflexes. It gives you infinite per round. You can see it here. (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/epic/feats.htm#improvedCombatReflexes) |
| Metafictional04-30-08, 02:33 AM | There's a psionic power that gives you an extra AoO as an immediate action. |
| Kouk04-30-08, 03:54 AM | There's still the option of just pouring money into Dex-boosting items I suppose. |
| BenGregor04-30-08, 09:43 AM | Here's a feat I found in a book called Beyond Monk that I think you might find useful: Perfect Reflexes Your reactions are unbelievably fast. Prerequisites: Combat Reflexes, Lightning Reflexes, Base reflex save 6+ Benefits: You can still make an additional number of attacks of opportunity per round equal to your dexterity bonus , but now you may make more than one attack of opportunity per round against a single enemy. You still may only make one attack per provocation. For example, you have a dexterity of 17 and perfect reflexes. A hasted enemy moves more than 5ft. within your threatened area, provoking an attack. He continues to move another 5ft. within your threatened area, provoking a second attack. He casts a spell, provoking a third attack. Then he uses his partial action from haste to move out of your threatened area, provoking a fourth attack. You could have attacked him all four times. Also, I think I once saw something about ranged attacks of opportunity, but I can't remember if that was real or just my imagination. |

| Orenmir04-30-08, 10:18 AM | The ranged AoO feat is called Ranged Threat, from one of the Dragon Mags. Although, I don't think it would be useful to the OP. The range is only 15' and when you use it, you deplete all of your remaining AoOs for the round. |
| darkdragoon05-02-08, 04:53 AM | Regalia of Righteous War in Complete Champion, but it's very conditional. It's a helmet/sword/shield set; you need to be using all of them at once plus it uses up turning attempts. |
