COMPLETE ARCANE page 73:
"Choose a school of magic. You can resist spells from that school better than normal.
PREREQUISIT:Spell Focus in the chosen school.
BENEFIT:You get a +3 bonus on your saving throws against spells from the chosen school."

Does this feat work against Divine spells and Spell-like abilities of the same school as well?
I'd say no, what do you think?

If it does not make the distinction between arcane and divine magic in the description, then the save bonus should apply to any spell from said school, regardless of its source. Yes to SLAs as well.:)

Agreed, I think that's why divine spell also have associated 'school' (also works for counterspelling with feat such has improved counterspelling).

I agree that the feat affects divine spells.

I also agree that it affects spell-like abilities. No one has yet said why, so I'll just point out that the rules for SLAs state that:

"A spell-like ability has a casting time of 1 standard action unless noted otherwise in the ability or spell description. Spell-like abilities cannot be used to counterspell, nor can they be counterspelled. In all other ways, a spell-like ability functions just like a spell."

It works against both. Unless something specifies arcane or divine, it is irrelevant.
