Are there any feats that let wizards cast spells spontaneously? Kinda opposite of what arcane preparation does for sorcerers.

There is a signature spell feat in player's guide to faerun which lets you cast a mastered spell spontaneously (mastered refers to a spell mastered via spell mastery).

Else, it is an epic feat.

I house rule all mastered spells to be cast spontaneously, like cure/infict spells for clerics. I also house rule Arcane Preparation to allow a sorcerer or bard to use of a spell book with the feat. But that's IMC. I didn't know about Signature Spell.

What's the point of having wiz and a sorc class then?:P

Does Signature Spell allow a wizard to qualify for prc that requires spontaneous casting?

I believe there is a feat in the Complete Mage that once per day will allow a prepared caster to "spontaneously" fill a spell slot that they've left open. It doesn't give you spontaneous casting but does replicate many of those mechanics.

I found the one in Complete Mage, its called Alacritous Cogitation and it does exactly what I was looking for thank you very much. Although I have a new question, it says "you can use that open slot to cast any arcane spell you know of the same level or lower." What does it mean by "know"? In your spellbook, mastered via spell mastery, or something else?

The "know" for that feat typically means "in your spellbook." You should have no trouble letting spell mastery work either because you had to "know" those spells in your book first in most cases.

There's also an eberron feat that allows one to change spells prepared by sacrificing action points.

Yep, the eberron feat will let you spontaneously cast any spell in your spellbook for 2 action points (i forget the name of the feat, sorry). I think you need to be about 6th level to take the feat, at which point you have something like 7 action points. Trouble of course is any action points you spend are gone until you advance a level...
